Return Policy

At Gunitee, we prioritize your satisfaction with each of our products. That’s why the majority of our items are covered by a 30-day refund policy.

If your product is defective or damaged, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. Please note that return shipping costs are not reimbursed. To kickstart the return process, kindly contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and include it on the shipping label. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. We recommend recording the unboxing process for prompt support.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary to finalize the return.
  • Refunds are exclusively applicable to faulty or damaged items; we do not accept returns for a change of mind.
  • Returns or exchanges due to personal preferences, such as changes in size after receiving the correct size from your order, material, or color dissatisfaction, are not accepted. However, we are pleased to offer a discount code for future purchases.
  • Refund requests due to package loss are not accepted if we have provided you with a shipping label confirming package delivery to the address you provided.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable): Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email confirming its receipt. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received your refund, please double-check your bank account. Subsequently, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted. If the issue persists, reach out to your bank. Refunds often involve a processing time.
